PEERA Board Meeting Minutes are posted soon after the Board Meeting, then, at the next Board Meeting, those minutes are reviewed and approved. An example of this process PEERA Board Meeting minutes is described below.

 

• Preliminary Board Meeting Minutes - Soon after the January Board Meeting, the minutes are posted on the PEERA Bulletin Board in the clubhouse hallway. These are Preliminary Board Meeting Minutes because they have not been reviewed and approved by the PEERA Board.

• Final Approved Board Meeting Minutes - At the next month's Board Meeting, the previous month's Board Meeting Minutes are reviewed and approved. Only the Final Approved Board Meeting Minutes are retained as part of PEERA records.
