The Palomar Estates East Wish List has been submitted to Haven Management Services and Millennium Housing for consideration as part of the FY2026-Fy2027 projects. The approved Wish List Items for FY 2026 - FY 2027 are now posted here and on the PEERA Bulletin Board in the clubhouse. As you may recall, our resident's survey prioritized the pool area as a primary focus for this year's Wish List items. The entire pool decking will be expanded to provide not only a safer surface, but a much larger area for enjoyment.
