Palomar Estates East residents have enjoyed sharing various household items via a "Free Table." The Free Table had been located in the Activities Room at the Main Clubhouse; however, with the remodel of the Activities Room, the Free Table needed a new home.

The Free Table is now located at the Lower Clubhouse. We love that residents desire to share free items with other residents.

In order to continue the tradition of the Free Table, it is important that residents follow couple of rules. The main point is that residents who donate items need to be responsible for their donations. It is not the responsibility of either PEERA or Park Management to dispose of items that remain on the Free Table for more than two weeks.

 

The rules are simple:

For Smaller Items

1. If you place an item on the Free Table, place a label on the item, including the date you placed the item on the table and your space number. 

2. After two weeks, return to the Free Table. If your item has not been picked up by a resident, please remove the item from the table.

For Larger Items

There is a Larger Items List posted near the Free Table. Sign up on the Large Items List to let neighbors know what larger items you have to offer.​
